Michael A. Taylor
   EVP & Chief Financial Officer



As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Taylor is responsible for the financial management of FHC Health System’s portfolio of businesses. In this role he oversees all internal and external financial reporting, financial planning, capital raising, investor and bank relations, internal controls, and merger and acquisition evaluation.

Mr. Taylor has eighteen years of financial management experience. Prior to joining FHC Health Systems, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Pediatric Services of America, Inc. He was a key player in the company’s four-year 600% growth and helped negotiate a management buy-out from a Fortune 1000 firm. Mr. Taylor oversaw the negotiation, due diligence process and post-deal integration of twelve successful acquisitions during his tenure and managed the company through it successful initial public offering. Additionally, Mr. Taylor held positions with Arthur Andersen Consulting and Ernst & Young’s consulting division, performing systems and financial consulting guidance to various Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Taylor received his Master’s of Accountancy from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary.
