FHC Health Systems (FHC) was founded in 1983 by psychiatrist Ronald I. Dozoretz, M.D. who serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. FHC affiliate companies operate independently, yet each company can draw upon the knowledge and strengths of the others as needed in undertaking the design and management of health care delivery systems.
