Adam Easterday
   SVP & Chief Legal Officer



As Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Easterday is responsible for the day to day legal affairs of the company, including oversight of the legal, compliance, and fraud and abuse departments of the company.

Mr. Easterday has over 10 years of experience in the health care industry, including both legal and operational experience in the behavioral health arena. Prior to becoming Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Easterday served as Associate General Counsel for ValueOptions.

Before joining FHC Health Systems, he was an associate in the law firm of Christian & Barton, LLP in Richmond, Virginia. While in private practice, Mr. Easterday focused on health and employee benefits issues with emphasis on regulatory, contractual, ERISA and Medicare matters. Previously Mr. Easterday served as a case review attorney and project director for the Center for Health Dispute Resolution, an independent review organization.

Mr. Easterday is an honors graduate of the University of Rochester and obtained his law degree in 1996 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Currently he is an admitted member of the bar in the State of New York as well as in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition, he is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
