As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Cash directs human resources operations for over 8,000 FHC Health Systems’ employees. Her expertise includes recruitment, affirmative action, training and development, employee safety, benefits administration, compensation, and legal and regulatory compliance as it impacts human resource policies and procedures.

Ms. Cash has over 20 years of human resources experience in service-related industries, including over 16 years of experience in behavioral health care. She is a seasoned veteran of developing and executing corporate strategy for opening and managing facilities.

Ms. Cash received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Virginia Tech. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds certifications as both a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
